Serving Santali Communities
Our Boards & Units
Seven specialized units working together to preserve culture, education, and self-governance
Vision
A world where Indigenous knowledge, culture, and education coexist with modern progress — where every Santali child learns in their mother tongue and every song, story, and ritual of our ancestors continues to live.
Mission
To preserve, promote, and revitalize Santali culture, language, and traditions through cultural programs. We believe cultural preservation is not isolation — it is inclusion through identity.
Cultural Preservation
Documenting and transmitting ancestral knowledge through Ol-Chiki literacy.
Community Governance
Strengthening village self-governance through the Manjhi–Pargana system.
Sustainable Development
Creating self-reliant, culturally united Indigenous societies.
